    Do not get discouraged. What has happened is that all of the people that qualified for home loans for people with bad credit are now going into default on their loans. They were duped into thinking that they would be able to refinance their home in 1-3 years because their home would appreciate. Where can alliances gobble up new commercial mortgage refinance wares? It means that you will have to be very diligent in making sure that you keep in touch with your mortgage company and keep calling. Nevada, California, Arizona, and Florida are particularly hit hard. If you have bad credit, it got that way for some reason.
