		<description>As an ex-banker - more specifically, an ex-mobile mortgage manager who attended countless "open homes", I can honestly say that the concept of 'sitting on the front lawn serving lemonade to all and sundry' is absolutely brilliant!

It would help to 'break the ice' (no pun intended) when you're looking for an angle to start an exploratory conversation with someone who enters the property.

Come to think of it, if you were keen enough, you could even fire up the BBQ!...</description>
